If you have an existing page say 'Cars' and you want to create a new page 'Ford Cars' linked from the 'Cars' page, it is quick and convenient to use the 'Left sector' feature. First browse to the 'Cars' page then click 'New' then dot 'Left sector' and type in 'Ford' to the Title box. Then click OK. If the Ford page already exists in the Dicdex, then that will be used. If not then a new (isolated) 'Ford' page will be created (that has back link to the homepage), as well as the new 'Ford Cars' page. If you have an existing page called say 'PC' and you want to make a new page say 'PC Games' then 'PC Games' is a new 'Right sector' of the 'PC' page since 'Games' is to the right of 'PC'.
