Step2
- Blueprint. This is the main page for making the blueprint, creating the new pages and page links.
Blueprint Method. More recent up to date method of doing blueprints.
More recent up to date method of doing blueprints, see below. SEE BOX AT BOTTOM OF PAGE You can put comments in the blueprint between the score and the type or after the score if no type.
Let's try and teach you how to do blueprints/frameworks then. You will be trying to do a blueprint for microminiskirts.com. This site will be very small because it's about a specific product; Micro Mini Skirts and it isn't particularly popular. It may even be smaller than leatherskirt.com. --------------------------- First Few Instructions --------------------------- 1. You may want to create a subfolder off of the 'Websites' page to start with, so you can put you results in there. To make it do; [New + Subfolder] - Then in the "Title" text box put in "MicroMiniSkirts" (no spaces) then click OK. At the bottom of Col3 you should find the Micro Mini Skirts link you just made. You'll need to Edit Col3 and move it to the correct place. (Alphabetical) in the "top lot" of domain links. Then go into the subfolder you made and create pages called, Blueprint, Clickboard Terms, ROI Results, Top 5 Pages. (Make sure you go back to the subfolder site notes page when creating each page or you will have 'Clickboard Terms' page inside of the 'Blueprint' page for example. 2. Go to http://www.wordtracker.com/database/frames/loadframes.php, use the left hand-side frame and search for lateral results. (Starting terms) Info about starting/lateral terms can be found at http://www.plexel.com/Specific_Lateral_Terms.htm. 3. When you have found the starting terms for the domain you may want to send me them to have a peek through. After the starting terms are confirmed you can use the terms you have found to find the Top 5 Phrases. (Excluding 'HOMEPAGE' Phrase - This is the homepage title) 4. After you have the top 5 phrases you use the same starting terms you used to find the top 5 pages to find the ROI results. (The other possible pages basically) - Enter your first starting term into the Popularity search (right hand-side frame) and click proceed, click the 'Clear All' button at the bottom centre of the page to clear the basket and then click "Click here to add all keywords to your basket" located towards the top of the popularity search results. Now at the bottom where you clicked clear all should show the same number that shows at the top of the pop results. ("Searching...'x' row(s) returned") X = the amount of results found. It should match the number in the basket at the bottom of the page. ----------------------------------------------------- That's all for now; I'll tell you about the others when you've gotten the starting terms and top 5 pages. Information on blueprints can be found at http://www.plexel.com/Step2.htm but I don't really want you to read a lot of that as it's probably out of date. Things like "More on Lateral Terms", "Starting Terms" should help you with finding the starting terms for this site though.
